e-BookingPortal allows:
- hotels all over the world to:
- register, insert and edit all their details (description, room types, inventory, room availability, room rates, create a webpage, including image upload);
- see reports about the reservations and receive automated e-mails after each reservation;
- the portal administrator to:
- receive automated e-mails after each reservation;
- see reports regarding the reservations;
- see the due commissions;
- send invoices to the hotels,
- see the not paid invoices;
- activate/de-activate a hotel without losing the data or to delete a hotel, with all its details;
- the website visitor to:
- look for a lodging facility using several criteria: city, country, check in and check out date, room type, number of guests, property name;
- make a secured online reservation;
- receive an automated confirmation e-mail;
- cancel a reservation using a secret number delivered by the system.
Per client's request, we are able to integrate into the site the hotel databases from important travel portals, where you can affiliate. Thus, your visitors would have a wide range of accomodation facilities (also, car rentals and air tickets) to choose from, without being aware they have left your site, and in the same time, allowing you to collect commissions from these websites.

It can be used either installed on our secure server, or on your server.
On our server:
The payment consists on:
- a flat fee, for hosting and maintenance, which is 500 USD/month, payable for 6 months in advance. If the payment is for 12 months in advance, there is a 10% discount;
On your server:
In that case you should buy the license, which is 6500 USD. The price include installation on your server. It is possible to pay in 3 monthly payments, of 2300 USD each.
