e-BookingAgency allows:
1. the travel agency to:
- insert the hotel details;
- activate/de-activate a hotel without losing the data or to delete a hotel, with all its details.
2.the website visitor to:
- see hotel details;
- check for availability;
- make reservations;
- receive an automated confirmation e-mail;
- cancel a reservation using a secret number delivered by the system.

As e-BookingHotel, it can be used either installed on our secure server, or on your server.
On our server:
The payment consists on:
- a flat fee, for hosting and maintenance, which is 300 USD/month, payable for 3 months in advance. If the payment is for 3 months in advance, there is a 10% discount;
Regarding the design, there are two options:
- we integrate the system into your design;
- we make the design for a small fee (200 USD).
On your server:
In that case you should buy the license, which is 6500 USD. The price includes installation on your server. It is possible to pay in 3 monthly payments, of 2300 USD each.

We will send you by email your username and password with which you will
be able to login and have access to a live demo.
This live demo allows you to work in real conditions for 30 days.
After this period you must select a payment plan, make the payment and continue using
the system.
Otherwise, your account will be deleted.
